Principal's Message

As a community, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Darug People, and pay respects to Elders past and present, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the cultures and hopes of Aboriginal Australia. We must always remember that under our Holy Family gardens, paths and playgrounds, this land is, was and always will be traditional Aboriginal land.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you what it means to be part of our Holy Family Primary community.

Holy Family Emerton is a warm and welcoming Catholic primary school built for the community, where students, parents and staff work together in partnership, enabling each child to unlock their full potential within a contemporary, faith-based learning environment.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive education for all of our students, including those who need assistance with school fees. To help ensure this, we offer a number of additional support and extra-curricular programs to challenge, enable and empower students from all walks of life.

Our dedicated teachers instil in their students a lifelong passion for learning and foster in them a strong sense of community. We help them develop a closer relationship with God through prayer and participation in Religious Education lessons.

When you enrol your child in our school you set them on the path to a happy and rewarding life. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our school, and to share in the joys and challenges of the coming years.

I invite you to learn more about our school through our website and to contact the school office if you have any further questions.
